Two days working from the Boulder office

Boulder seems to be a very nice city, hope to have more time to walk around.
Coming from Denver airport by car you can see many ranchos on a green, beautiful landscape (in summer time).
Canaima, Venezuela
Canaima and Salto Angel

Stayed for 2 and a half days in Canaima, in the Waku lodge.
We visited the Sapo and Sapito lakes and the Salto Angel waterfall.
The views are so beautiful and the hikes in the jungle were very nice.
Hollywood, United States
Quick visit to Hollywood blvd

Just 2 hours walking around the boulevard. Nothing rally interesting there. The kodak theater is a shopping mall, not a real theater as an European could imagine.

Went to Caracas to the wedding of my friend Fernando. Also visited the Salto Angel waterfall.
Caracas is a very interesting city. The views from the Avila, the mountain behind the city, are impressive.
Night clubs are a paradise for salsa lovers.

Pequeño pueblo abandonado y restaurado posteriormente como escuela, precioso. Junto a él esta el pantano de Búlbal, que merece una visita.
Zug, Switzerland
Short excursion to Zug

My brother and his wife were visiting us this weekend in Zurich.
After visiting Zurich for a while, we decided to visit a small town nearby. I suggested Zug because I had heard it's a small, typical Swiss town.
We went there by train, it's just 25 minutes from Zurich main station.
The town is beautiful, but it was getting late and dark so we couldn't see it as well as we would have liked.
Anyway, we were lucky because they were celebrating a local festival and the town was crowded of people and there was music, fireworks and people dancing and playing drums.
I want to go again soon during the day to take better photos.

I did not have time to see much, but I loved the atmosphere of the city.
We also went to view there the show of the Blue Man group, was great.

It was my first visit to the Googleplex, in Mountain View, and I attended the Google Developer Day 07 which was a great experience.

I visited Venice in a student trip, I was much younger.
I remember the carnival, it's different from every other carnival I have seen. People were wearing sleek costumes and everything was colorful!
Some people were performing music in the streets and other people were painting children's faces with carnival themes, it was really beautiful.

It was a business trip, but had some time to visit this charming city.

Ana moved to SF!

Ana is moving to San Francisco for a year. I came with her to help her settling in and also to work in the Google Mountain View office.
I didn't have time to do tourism but had a real taste of what is living in the city and, I have to say, I liked it a lot!
My first visit to SF

I went there for two weeks, for work. We were really busy and had little time to do tourism, but I enjoyed a lot the city. It was my first time in the states and I was impressed.

After the SXSW in Austin we went to New York for 4 days.
We also the visited the Google Office there, it's very cool!
Zürich, Switzerland
First visit to Zurich with Ana

We had a great time and visited some spots. But we knew we were moving here soon, so we were not in a hurry for visiting every touristic feature.
